Gilley’s Wing Challenge and New Seafood Shack Menu

The summer is bound to be sizzling and food can be too! July 29 is National Chicken Wing Day and Gilley’s Saloon, Bar-B-Que and Dance Hall at Treasure Island celebrates chicken wings and the hotter the better! 

For $6, the Cowboys from Hell Wing Challenge encourages customers to finish 12 hot wings in four minutes. If they succeed, they get their picture on the “Wall of Fame” and a 40 oz. Gilley’s Beer Boot. If they fail, their picture goes on the “Wall of Shame.”

In addition, Seafood Shack at Treasure Island recently unveiled mouthwatering new menu items and changes for this year that are sure to make visitors feel like they’re on a tropical island. Some of the highlights include a lobster burrito, rib eye steak, oyster shooter and nachos with crab or chicken. You can view all of the new additions below.

House Specialty

  • Grilled Sea Scallops- $24.95
  • Served with rice pilaf and saffron sauce
  • Seven Seas- $37.95
  • Lobster, clams, shrimp, mussels, fish, scallops and calamari simmered in a spicy lobster-tomato broth, served with rice pilaf
  • Little Fisherman’s Menu
  • Grilled Chicken Breast- $7.95

Home-Made Desserts

  • Mug of Strawberry Shortcake
  • Trio of Sorbets changed from Mango, Coconut and Lime to Mango, Coconut and Raspberry

  • Single Oyster Shooter with Skyy Vodka or Hornitos Reposado- $9
  • Shrimp Ceviche- $12.95
  • Shrimp, marinated in fresh lime juice with a hint of spice and fresh cilantro, served with tortilla chips
  • Shack Nachos- $12.95 plain, $14.95 with adobo chicken, $17.95 with crab
  • Tortilla chips baked with house made cheese sauce, jalapenos, pico de gallo and guacamole

  • Lobster Cobb- $24.95
  • Maine lobster meat, served on a bed of chopped romaine, bacon, hardboiled egg and tomato in spicy adobo dressing

  • Marinated chicken breast in a toasted brioche bun with classic coleslaw, tomatoes and honey Dijon dressing
