The weekend of June 20 marks the second anniversary of Evil Dead: The Musical at V Theater inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. To kick off the festivities that weekend, the cast of the show invite the public to donate blood during an event on Friday, June 20.
United Blood Services will have donor-equipped vans at MaximuM Comics, located at 520 S. Marks Street, Suite 120 in Henderson, at the intersection of Sunset and Marks in the Walmart Center, from 3 – 7 p.m.
All donors will receive a free pair of tickets to Evil Dead: The Musical and a comic book from MaximuM Comics.
“Our blood drive last summer exceeded expectations,” said Sirc Michaels, the show’s producer. “We’re counting on our fans to come out even stronger this time around to show their support and help save lives. We go through a lot of blood at our show, and we are well aware that a small amount of the real stuff can have a positive impact on the community and those who need it. This is our anniversary weekend, and we are proud to be able to give back to the community that has given us so much.”
Appointments are available beginning at 3 p.m. and can be made by clicking here or by calling United Blood Services at: 877-UBS-HERO
