Taste Excellence at Las Vegas’ Premier Wine Weekend

The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino will host its sixth annual Spring Wine Fest April 4-6. This wine-filled weekend will feature wines from California, Chile and Argentina during eight elegant events, bringing together consumers, winemakers, Master Sommeliers and winery owners.
The weekend’s events include exclusive dinners, a moonlit reception at our famous Shark Tank pool, a Grand Tasting featuring over 120 wines, a gourmet Sunday Champagne Brunch featuring a silent and live wine auction and more.
We have created a special ticket package of the four Landry’s signature events including the Friday night Poolside Reception, the Grand Tasting on Saturday evening, the Champagne and Jazz Brunch and the hugely popular poolside “Wine” Down with the Winemakers Sunday afternoon. Regularly priced at $240*, guests who book in advance will receive a discounted ticket price of $199* for all four signature events. Each event can also be purchased separately.
The Golden Nugget will also host two intimate Friday night dinners and two seminars on Saturday that can be purchased in addition to the four signature wine events. Click here for ticket information for all three days.
Friday, April 4
Wine Dinner Under the Stars: Chile Exposed – 6 p.m.
Experience a poolside dinner under the stars with Master Sommelier Larry Stone and Brand Ambassador Meaghan Becker. The dinner will feature wines from Neyen, Primus and Ritual, three of Chile’s most progressive wineries, and pairings of South American cuisine from the culinary vision of Executive Chefs Richard Hawthorne and Mark Sherline. Tickets for the dinner are $125 per person and are all-inclusive.
Napa Valley’s Realm Cellars Signature Wine Event – 7 p.m.
Join winery ambassador Scott Becker and Master Sommelier Guy Stout for the premier dinner of the year! Presented by Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, this limited-seat dinner features the boutique rising-star wines of Realm Cellars. Realm Cellars sources its grapes from the finest vineyards in Napa Valley, including To-Kalon, Beckstoffer, Farella and Dr. Crane. All-inclusive tickets for this one-of-a-kind wine and dining experience are $250 per person.
Poolside Wine & Champagne Kick-off Reception- 8-10 p.m.
Mingle with winemakers, winery ambassadors, wine writers and sommeliers at our award-winning pool, The Tank. The first of our signature events for the weekend, the reception will feature over 50 hand-selected wines from prestigious North and South American wineries for guests to sample. Tickets to this event can be purchased individually for $40*.
Saturday, April 5
Introduction to South American Grape Varietals & Regions – 12 p.m.
Guest hosts Master Sommeliers Larry Stone and Guy Stout guide guests through an exploratory tasting and discovery of a dozen South American Wines at Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse. Individual tickets for this seminar are $30*.
Contrast of Cabernets: North vs. South America – 2:30 p.m.
Experience a stunning array of a dozen prolific cabernets from Chile, Argentina and California with Master Sommeliers Larry Stone and Guy Stout at Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse. There will also be an all-star panel of brand ambassadors including Scott Becker, Randall Pettit, Gustavo Arroyat, Eric Bahn and Meaghan Becker. Individual tickets for this seminar are $45.

Wine Fest Grand Tasting – 7-10 p.m.
Put your wine knowledge to the test and taste your way through a first-class selection of wines at the highly-anticipated Wine Fest Grand Tasting, showcasing vintages from California, Chile and Argentina. In addition to spectacular wines, guests will enjoy live entertainment and culinary delights from North and South America. Individual tickets for the tasting are $100*.
Sunday, April 6
Champagne & Jazz Brunch with Live Auction – 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Round out the weekend by joining us for a relaxing Sunday brunch, complete with made-to-order crepes, an over-the-top bloody mary bar, sparkling wines and much more. Plus, the Golden Nugget is proud to announce that we will once again donate 20 percent of the proceeds from individual brunch ticket sales and live auction profits to Three Square Food Bank. Brunch will be followed by a scintillating live auction, featuring wine lots, large format collector bottles, exclusive wine region trips and other unique gifts. Tickets for brunch can be purchased individually for $75*.
“Wine” Down with the Winemakers – 2-5 p.m.
End the weekend poolside at the Hideout, our “adult only” pool located on the third floor of the pool deck and mingle with the winemakers, relax in a poolside cabana and enjoy another glass or two. Tickets for this event can be purchased individually for only $25*.
