Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak at The Mirage was named one of the “25 Most Important Restaurants of 2013” by Zagat. The venue, which opened in August, was the only Las Vegas restaurant to achieve this prominent recognition.
“In a short period of time, Heritage Steak has become a destination restaurant in Las Vegas and the response from our guests has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Vice President of Food & Beverage Julian Griffiths. “Tom and his team have done a great job of creating a unique culinary experience at The Mirage and we are humbled to be acknowledged as one of the most important restaurants of the year.”
Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak, the newest American steakhouse from the James Beard Award-winning chef, presents open-flame cooking, the culinary art of preparing meats using wood-burning ovens and charcoal grills. The warm and inviting 220-seat restaurant showcases Colicchio’s passion for cooking with fire, as each dish is prepared to bring out the rich flavors in the cuisine while using the freshest ingredients available.
Located within The Mirage’s lush garden atrium, the restaurant is open daily for dinner from 5 p.m.- 10:30 p.m. To book a reservation at Heritage Steak, call (702) 791-7223 or visit online.
